Inkjet-printed flexible quantum dot light emitting diodes for next generation display

© 2016 The Society for Information Display. We have fabricated flexible PM-QLEDs based on PET/Ag grid substrate by inkjet printing. The ink we developed is pure QDs without any other additives, and free of halogen solvents. The red, green and blue QDs inks are all stable even after 2 months with high quantum yields.
