New physical models of condensation heat transfer on cosine and semi-circle type corrugated surfaces were presented. The numerical solutions to the mathematical models of hydrodynamic behavior have been made with finite element method (FEM), by which the two demensional velocity distribution and the flow rate of condensate have been calculated. Thus the local and average heat transfer coefficients of condensation were obtained. The condensation heat transfer experiments were carried out on cosine and semi-circle type corrugated surfaces. The comparison of the calculated and experimental results showed that they well agreed with each other.
